nearly there

hi i have just been to gymnastics and we have been doing upstarts and i am so close. The head coach(the boss) said that all i need to do is shift my hands over the bar and pull myself up. He also said that its just a matter of time before i get it and its just luck really.i know someone that it took them 2 whole years for them to actually get there upstart up so if  you didn't know it is a really very hard move and can take up to 5 years to do " i know what your thinking " yes it can take a long time but it will come eventually.

Yesterday I had my floor and vault competition and the vault was 110cm and was up to my nose so it was very high. My floor routine was very good.I came 15th out of 19 and I was up against the elite squad [the top group] so I am very happy with the results.
